Zach, have you had any feedback from the bike community of the Altor 560G bike lock?

Anvith M Kunder says:

The dislikes are from bike thieves…

ionceateapinecone says:

My hiplok weighs more than my bike, but I wouldn’t trust anything else.

Virtuous I says:

if you commute to the same place every day just leave your lock there

Psaikodelik says:

Just buy a 1 meter long chain with thick links and a separate lock, you will be good to go. The chain will cost $6 – $8 if you buy it by length and the lock $3 – $5

DEPRIESTER François says:

Doze are the best locks ever

FlashTag says:

Here in norway it selling something I calling for now : cable/chain lock. Its like a bone struckture of a snake made of titanium. Recommemded? Cuz u can attatch it on ur frame and u will not notice it at all

Watson Watson says:

vry informative. another factor in choosing u-lock proportions: the more space inside the “u” the easier it is to break with a hydraulic jack. smaller locks are finicky, but more convenient if you don’t lock your wheels every time.

Samantha Peters says:

When my brother is riding his bike, he has the chain lock wrapped around the tube holding his seat.

Matt Sezer says:

Bike theft is a regional issue, with bike thieves being more or less prevalent and using different methods in different cities. Therefore, I don’t think you can really make a definitive video about bike locks if you don’t live in the specific area where the viewer is watching the video. The right lock for somebody who lives in the middle of nowhere would be different than the right lock for somebody that lives in a dense urban area.

ghost31613 says:

NewHampshire Bound says:

Large bolt cutter, leveraged off the ground…right through any hardened NY Kryptonite chain….with a lot of force of course. Videos of it. True about the grinder, harder to work a chain, but the best Ulocks would take too long. And a grinder is very high visibility.

Chong yu says:

talk about your diet, smoking, drinking, ect.

Josh Mills says:

youse 2 locks preferably u lock and chain

queertales says:

Do nut locks work on fixed gear bikes?

With those on your wheels and seat, you would only need to lock the frame, so no need for a second lock.

ultimaetsolder says:

Looking at your eyes is very distracting. I just listen to the audio.

S C says:

Great videos! I love your work. Can you do a video on what to look for a great bicycle?

Usama Nasher says:

I think this guy is having a stroke.

larry45044 says:

could take front wheel off make it unappealing lock up wheel diffrent spot

John M says:

Thank you. I roll my eyes when someone says u locks are more secure. with an angle grinder I can brace the u lock with one hand and the rest on my leg and cut with the other. with a hardened steel chain it’s is much harder to cut especially when it’s off the ground. the most popular high security lock in NYC is the 10mm or up hardened steel chain with an American Brand padlock or the like for a reason.

Virtuous I says:

the forget about kryptonite u lock is secure against bolt cutters

Metrax7 says:

great videos! keep doing!

Vaidotas Ratkus says:
