WHERE CAN I GET 4 OR 5 FEET OF PEWEG CHAIN???
27:00 Bosnian bill has a vid of him drilling that shit.
Man! You be effin up some dang equipment Hoss! That Peweg chain is the bomb!
Can these locks be bypassed with shims?
Jesus man, great video but holy shit 1 hour to talk about the chain and lock ? And ” check out weblink below” that does not exist = Fail
I USE TO GET PAID TO REPO RIDES N ETC,. AT 1 TIME…… A TRICK I LEARNED WAS FREON BLASTED IN A LIL AREA N ANYTHING TO HIT W/ AS COLDER AS THE FREON IS OR GET’S ON THE CHAIN OR LOCK THE LESS POWER U NEED FROM THE BODY TO GET IT BROKEN OFF……..
how long is the chain you use..
excellent…. used my Abus lock with ABUS 14mm Maximum Security Chain….. already had from when i had my harley……. better than anything commercial… thanXs for idea
“that cannot be cut…” Right.
BTW, I generally use a Victor key….
A solar alarm that makes a hell of a noise. Solved.
That ASSA Stanley high security lock padlock is great! The Peweg chain is great too!
You’re gonna start a Fire! Ain’t nobody got time for that!
That’s a nice chain but people like myself that have nice wheels on our trailer would never use chains like that on our nice wheels and run the risk of scratching the hell out of the wheel(s).
That tire looks a little low.
Great that should keep my new trailer from some thief stealing it like my last one and I will install a better coupler lock
so the thief destroys your lock internals trying to defeat it with a drill bit and then the owner cant use his key to get it unlocked, now its a trailer paper weight lol,may try the drill test on my tard neighbors trailer that has this same lock,or maybe gob a bunch of jb weld over the key hole slot then sit back with a cold beer and watch him try to unlock his own rig from my window lol its.kind of like the i cant have it and either can you philosophy.just kidding, looks like a good set up.
GREAT VIDEO, GREAT DEMONSTRATION, WHERE DO I GET ONE?
awesome video
What length of chain is this? I have a similar trailer. Also what’s the lock model? Thanks!
where did you buy thes?
battery powered angle grinder will take out that chain in under a minute. cut it by the lock and wont damage the trailer. watched bosnian bill destroy that chain on his lock picking channel many times.
I’m assuming a grinder will cut right through the chain?
What is the chain length you recommend to secure one of the wheels of a dual axle flat bed trailer with 15″ wheels?
Oops, finished watching and saw the answer.
Where to buy the chain?
At 26:30 when you were drilling the lock I noticed the end plate lifting. Once the spinning anti-drill plate was out could you pry off the plate and would that allow removing the lock cylinder or expose something that would allow shimming or something else allowing opening the lock?
I watched your demonstration using a ratcheting tie down. What first struck me as strange is you cutting the strap as you did. Those tie downs are designed to work without being cut. Additionally once the strap twists as I observed that it did, it binds in the ratchet itself and can not be tightened completely but you will be unable to continue ratcheting. I would like to purchase your lock and chain but I have my doubts that the amount of force that you are claiming was actually applied. Just saying.
What size chain do you use?
How about just jack it up and put a dolly under it?
Will this work for bike on hitch bike rack?
How about removing tire and rim. Then pull bolt out of leaf spring. Replace leaf spring bolt and install a different tire and wheel.
The grinder would make too much noise, try that torch behind you. That is one tough lock and chain!
The sad part is that we have to do this in this county.
So if someone attempts to break it by drilling it out then I assume they will make a mess of where you put the key in. So how do you get the lock unlocked so you are not stranded?
Couldn’t a thief change that tire, tie it up, and put another tire on in its place?
where to buy?
You know they have battery operated grinders now right? you wouldnt believe how fast a “zipcut” will go through that.
I guess you havn’t seen a 18 volt battery grinder. Or a battery impact driver with a tool set and pry bar. Undoo the spring shackle, swap out the tire and rim in 5 minutes and the thief is gone. Your only keeping it safe from lazy crooks.
Why not to try grander cordless?
Will this chain and lock rust?
How ever you chain it be sure to not give them enough chain to unbolt the wheel, flip it into the trailer and put a new wheel on the trailer. If you don’t they get the trailer for the cost of a wheel.
Can you do a video on the enclosed cargo trailer doors?
How long of a chain do you use on the 14″ tire?
I just bought the dang chain and lock watching this video! Thanks for making this video
well my friend if the Thief has some type of skills he could easily torch cut that in one minute
Sadly a battery angle grinder will cut through anything!
how long is the chain you use..
