Lockwood discus padlock tested to destruction. This is a NZ$58 (US$42) padlock, and it’s rubbish.
Assa Abloy call these “High Security”, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Nice video Michael :). Yeah the core was pretty soft, way to easy with the drill, but the shackle did at least fight. It looks like it is not better than other disc locks, just 3 times the price ;D.

So, I can’t say much about the drill resistance and the shackle material, but have you considered trying to pick one of these while they’re locked onto something? Holding it in your hand isn’t an effective way to test lockpicking due to the way they’re fitted.
